At Camp Chairs Shop, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

• Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential delays caused by customs or other external factors.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• In its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature and potential for misuse or damage, the following items are non-returnable:

• Batteries & Lighting Accessories
• Emergency & Survival Gear

Return & Exchange Process

1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address:

   Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow additional time for the exchange process.
